Do it the "Lazy way!"

Here is my dog walking template done the "Lazy Way" simply download it and upload to Jotform and you're good to go, you can then just share the link with clients and they fill it elecrtonically. 

 

Let's get straight into it.. 

  1. Download and save the template pdf

  2. Make a FREE account on Jotform ,click button above. 

  3. Click create

  4. Then form

  5. Upload

  6. Document to form 

  7. Send

  8. Wait for the form to load

  9. Settings

  10. Form Settings

  11. Scroll down or click show more then scroll down 

  12. Make sure "Save and continue later" is disabled

  13. Go back to build and customise your form. 

  14. Publish 

  15. You can then share with your clients

Below is a video tutorial for desktop, you should also be able to do this on mobile following the same process.
